Then she assisted us with the search and purchase of our new dream home. Her attitude was always positive, upbeat, and professional. | I would just like to take a moment to thank Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Preferred Realty, especially Lorrie, for selling my home and helping me with the purchase of my new home. With high quality customer service, they advertised my home, held open houses, and showed my home often. The big difference between Assist-2-Sell and other agencies is that under their MLS for Less Program, they were able to save me $2,400 in commission fees. Also, since I was looking to buy another home, Lori was great in taking me around town to view all the homes I was interested in. A big advantage to using Assist-2-Sell for buying a home is that under their Buyer's Incentive Program they gave me a $1,000 rebate check after closing on my new home. | We've always considered our home to be our number one investment and when we began talking seriously about downsizing we certainly weren't looking forward to spending 6% of our appreciated investment merely to sell out.
Then those bright eye-catching Assist-2-Sell signs began popping up all over the place ...
To put it all in a nutshell, we were initially skeptical about the advertised flat rate listing fee of only $2,995 that covered ALL of the normal real estate services. So, we had a heart-to-heart talk with both Bonnie and Wayne (an informal interview in reality). Their military backgrounds and the relocations they experienced over the years certainly give them an additional insight into the needs of their clients. And to top it off, they both have great personalities and wonderful attitudes. In spite of our previous skepticism, we signed a contract still sensing that it just couldn't be that easy.
Well, it WAS that easy! The following day they took professional looking pictures of the inside and outside of our home. Within 24 hours they placed a sign with flyers in our yard and immediately had our property up and running on their website. That weekend they brought us two potential buyers and in less than two weeks we had a SOLD contract in our hands. In less than 11 weeks the sale closed out.

| We truly want to thank Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Preferred Realty for making the selling of our home fast, and more importantly to us, for saving us a LOT of money in commission fees. We went to Assist-2-Sell and they listed our home for sale, put their bright red sign in front of our home and kept advertising flyers in it, advertised our home in the real estate magazines & on their web page, took the advertising flyers to Holloman AFB for new people to view, and showed our home on weekdays & weekends - they were aggressive in marketing our home, and it really paid off! They had our home under contract in 2 weeks and sold in 7 weeks; AND they saved us over $8,700 in commission fees by using their flat rate fee versus the 6% commission another agency told us they would charge - GREAT JOB!!! I can't thank you and the rest of your team enough for selling my home. Before talking to you about selling my home, I had called a couple other agencies in Alamogordo and they were going to charge me a 6-6.5% sales commission to sell my property. Being a military family, who moves often, we didn't have a lot of equity in the home and couldn't afford the high commission rates offered by the other agencies. Your flat rate fee of $2995 saved me over $5,000 in sales commission!!!!! I was thrilled when you had a buyer for me in less than a week and had it sold in less than 5 weeks, especially with it being over the holiday season!!! | Autumn, we would like to thank you for the great job selling our home.
I had spoken to another Realtor who had given me reasons our house would not sell ie:only one bath , busy street , possibly over priced , in all a very negative attitude.

We had to leave town for a new job before it sold and she kept a very good eye on things for us, happily the house was on the market a very short time before we had two offers to choose from.
